Description
With this 4K2K HDMI over Ethernet extender it is possible to transfer a TV signal to another HDMI screen in another room by using a network cable. You can bridge a distance of up to 50 meters by using a Cat6 or Cat6a cable. A network cable fits easily through PVC pipes and a network signal is reliable, even at longer lengths which is not the case when using long HDMI cables.
Next to that both units have 2 IR connections (1x in and 1x out). Via this IR connection you can operate devices in the other room, but you can also operate devices near your screen from the other room. The IR signal can therefore be sent in both directions.
The maximum achievable resolution is 4096 x 2160. This extender follows the HDMI 1.4 specifications and supports 3D, Dolby True HD, DTS Master Audio.
